iCRco introduced their image viewing application, iClarity, for the iPhone at the RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) trade show in 2009. According to iCRco website, “With this app a radiologist can configure an existing Clarity PACS to mirror the archive to his or her iPhone instantly. This allows the radiologist to see the patient list, studies waiting to be read, and can decide whether the patient needs immediate attention.” I believe the iPad will make an even better medical viewer and apparently iCRco agrees. They have added “iPad” to their app store documentation.
